Optima Trackball provides accurate cursor movement without requiring fine motor control. It includes four cursor-speed settings, left and right click, double-click and drag-lock functions, plus two external switch sockets. The buttons can be configured for left-handed use and the audible feedback can be switched off. Its compact case can be used on a desk or with a compatible mounting system.
